After what seems to be over 200 years of service, Lt. Matt Richter of the Marple Police Department, is retiring. Lt. Richter has served on the board of directors for the Hero Scholarship Fund for the last 25 years and has been instrumental in the organization of our Flea Market. Lt. Richter was solely responsible for Flea Market communications and was always the first person you see as you enter the flea market grounds.
On behalf of the members of all Emergency Services of Marple Township and the board of directors of the Hero Scholarship Fund, we thank Lt. Matt Richter for everything he has done for our community and The Scholarship Fund.
